r/Pettyrevenge The lady in today's story is a real nut job. This thief steals from her coworkers, and OP gets sick of it. So, OP comes up with a devious plan to catch the thief red-handed. OP creates a trap wallet filled with glitter and powdered food coloring, so when the thief opens the wallet, it explodes all over her hands! The thief becomes furious about this and demands that management call the cops on OP for not letting her steal in peace! WTF?

  • Something simmilar to the glitter trap happened to a friend of mine in highschool, just a little less chill. During p.e. some asshole would constantly go through everyones stuff and steal phones, cash, valuables and worst of all, their lunches. My buddy is a guy with a VERY short fuse and kind of a psycho. So he basically 'nam style boobytrapped his wallet and lunch. For clarification, he more or less "poisoned" his lunch with extra strong laxatives, 5 times the recommended amount, iirc and had a "ejection-mechanism" in his wallet, that launched like a dozen razor blades at whoever opens his wallet without propperly disarming it. Next p.e. comes around and what would you think? The asshole from his parallel class triggered BOTH traps at once, loosing eyesight in his left eye, getting scars all over his face and VIOLENTLY shitting himself in the ambulance to hospital and in the icu. My buddy got suspendet for 2 weeks and "thank-you" letters from everybody that asshole had stolen from.

  • Try getting someone in trouble when you're stealing from them? Yeah, that has some gravity... In South Africa if you own dogs and you don't have warning signs on your front gate, someone breaks in, gets bitten/attacked by your dog(s), they can actually take you to court... An actual case the thief got attached by a dog with a house that didn't have warning signs, AND THE THIEF ACTUALLY WON THE COURT CASE AGAINST THE HOME OWNER!?!? This country is going down, but I'd still hate to deal with a Karen in America, LoL

  • I had the same problem with roommates . I was moving out so time to get even . I made a stack of burgers out of pet meat I had for my dog . Pet meat is all the nasty bits the butcher can't sell but the dog loves it . I left them in the fridge all wrapped up knowing those shits would eat some . My girlfriend and I came back later after walking the dog and I went to give him a burger . I looked at the burgers and 4 were missing . I made the big act of some were missing and asked where they went .The usual I don't know denial . I hadn't mentioned to them yet it was pet meat . I looked at the dog and said don't worry I'll make you some more . I went to the freezer and got another package of pet meat and put it on the counter for them to see . The happy picture of the dog and cat on the package that said pet meat on it . Suddenly white faces all round . I gave my dog one of the burgers left and just smiled at them .

  • Back in 4th grade, I joined a small public school not far from my house. I made a few friends, and a big enemy. When I entered the basketball class, I was doing well, for the first quarter. When the second quarter, the bully joined the class as well. I tried my hardest to ignore his taunts. But by the time drills were over, the bully threw the ball at me, as if I was a target. I tumbled forward and slammed my arm on the bleachers. After that, I never wanted to do anything with basketball again. Unfortunately, he was in the same classroom as I was. He sat on the desk behind my seat. He’d constantly write racist slurs, even wrote the n-word on my notebooks when I went to the restroom. I felt really ticked, since I’m easily offended and really sensitive. By the time it was the start of Christmas break, I was feeling great, now that it was break. My parents brought my family for a trip out of town, just to help me feel better, and also a family reunion. I got a few Angry Birds toys (it was my favorite game at the time), I felt fine until January. By the time I returned to school, we just had a small return party, we just had a couple cups of juice, and a small dance party, but the bully kept stamping the back of my foot. Cue the revenge After a month, things went well, until one day during lunch. While was talking to my friends, the jerk wad slammed his hand on the table, and I lost my temper. I jumped out of my chair, and kept scratching him. Note that the cafeteria also had a platform raised 4.5 ft. As soon as I was standing too close to the edge, the bully clocked me in the nose, and I tumbled backwards. I woke up about 30 minutes later, surrounded by the principal, my advisor, my parents and the nurse. They told me to stay home for now, and said I can return the day after tomorrow. When I got back, the bully was in detention for the remainder of the week. I felt okay, some of my classmates even gave some extra lunch money to help me feel better. By the time the bully got out, he went on a whole new level of sadism. He kept pricking me with a pencil from under my chair, knocking on the back of my head, and pulling my chair out from under me. I finally lost my temper. My water bottle was sitting near my feet, I got it and slammed on my desk, shattering the plastic into two pieces with very sharp ends. When he leaned over and whispered the n-word into my ear, I threw my shattered bottle at him, leaving a small cut on his cheek, yelling at him for make my school year a living hell! I nearly attacked him again, but two of my classmates held me back, to avoid me clawing his eyes out. Both him and I were immediately sent to the principal’s office, I told him the entire story, and as a result the bully was suspended for the rest of the week. By the time graduation came, I was given an award for my grades in English for writing a poem against bullying. I transferred schools shortly after. I didn’t mind since my friends were there, too. Sorry if this comment was too long to read. I really needed to vent. Thanks for understanding.

I was just passing through so I have no idea what came out of it, but the butthole sure would have had a tough time telling the police that some super human tipped his car over because he parked blocking the super human's garage door.

If the bedding is valuable, it would be sold separately because it can easily cost as much as a mattress. Knowing some guys I bet what came with the mattress was what the guy used. Did OP expect him to buy new bedding? Was the type of bedding stipulated at all or was that just assumed by OP? On the other hand, OP deliberately stole parts of the desk. Why would anyone support this thief? Maybe it’s differently in his country but don’t assume stuff is included in a sale if not mentioned especially If you are not from this country.

Now neither of us drive so we had no idea where this car came from. I ended up calling the police as I was not sure if it was stolen or something along that line, the cops found out that the vehicle was from another town over hour away and that it was to be dropped at another address on the street but the lady dropping it off forgot the address and randomly picked our driveway to leave the vehicle in. The person that was to get the vehicle was about 4 houses away and just walked down to claim the car

  • The drag racing/boy racer antics reminded me of three stories... 1 - When I was about ten, I was sitting in the passenger seat of my Grandmother's Jaguar Mk.IX, with her driving, this was the last of the upright Jaguars, the engine was swapped out from the 3.8 to a 4.2 with an electric supercharger. We were at the lights in a town when a hotrod festival was in town, we weren't involved, next to us was a petrolhead in their fairly stock Boss Mustang, trying to intimidate, imagine a 60yo woman turning to face them in the big gold framed sunglasses and the string backed gloves turning and giving them the bird... she smoked that noob. 2 - a story of my father's, when he was in his 20's he had an MG TC and similarly had a dragway challenge with a muscle car at the lights, but he was in the middle lane (closest to centre of the road), which was where the tracks for the trams/street cars are... the MG's track or wheel width is identical to the rail gauge, add to that the 4.50R19 tyres, the MG smoked them... but the bloke wanted to know what was under that long narrow bonnet, all 1250cc 4cyl taking up only half the space. 3 - my story, I was driving at a staid 45mph on a country highway in the 4¼L Bentley tourer I would inherit from my Grandfather, when I was overtaken by a "Professional Driver" (I assume that's what the 4" square red plate with a white P means), so when an opportunity arose I took my petty revenge by slowly coming up behind them at the mandated 62½mph, then dropped it back a cog, put the foot to floor, eased off, and powering up, engaging the supercharger, it screamed.... that boy racer didn't like the antique car passing him... then we were on 10 miles of no overtaking.

This guy parked in his driveway all the time to party at his friends house, so my neighbor used to drive in Monster truck races (non professional) but he had a Monster truck. The dude that always parked my neighbors driveway drove a brand new Camaro, the next morning after one such party. This guy came out to find his Camaro squashed flat, my neighbor didn't keep his Monster truck at his house but in a huge shop about 20 miles away. So they couldn't prove it was him, imagine that guys face when he saw his car. I laughed my ass off, oh btw my neighbor drove an old beat up truck as his everyday vehicle...LMAO 😂😂

  • The story about the beaten Porsche reminds me of a tale from a colleague - just recently he drove his wife's Renault Zoe (like your typical small car, but powered by electrical motors) - now for those not knowing - electrical engines are the only really "flexible" engines - meaning if you request little power, they behave nice and tame - but they have surprisingly high momentum even with relatively low power (something to do with how electrical engines work). He was waiting at a traffic light at the only 4 lane road in his home town and suddenly a BWM X5 goes into the second lane next to him .. The BMW's engine was roaring from the driver playing with his gas foot - so my coworker thought .. "lets screw with him" and flipped the ECO switch off (which helps save battery power) - then next thing happens the traffic light turns green - and a BMW X5 was left in the dust *g* .. And on that note .. I've lived in a city with tram lines .. and those have some nasty pull when they go all out (4 engines over 3 cars , each 240 KW / 320 hp) so I've seen many good cars fail a race especially on wet roads where you could think that metal wheels on metal rails dont perform well themself.. Moral .. choose wisely what you race
